A father and son business, based in Barnsley
Bentley Electrical Services is Mick Bentley and his son, Josh. Mick has worked in the trade for more than 20 years, and between them they have more than 30 years' experience of electrical work in homes, rented properties and businesses.
01How we work
What you can expect
A written quote first
You'll know the price before any work starts. If we find something unexpected once we've begun, we explain it and agree any change with you before going further.
Straight answers
We'll tell you what needs doing now and what can wait, including when a smaller repair will do.
People you'll know
You speak to Mick or Josh from the first call, and they carry out most of the work themselves.
Tested before we leave
Installation work is tested before it's put into service, and you receive the relevant certificate.
Notifiable work registered
Work covered by Part P of the Building Regulations is notified through our NAPIT registration.
Left tidy
We clear up as we go and leave the work area clean.

NAPIT Approved Contractor
We're registered with NAPIT as an Approved Contractor, member number 23502. NAPIT is a government-approved scheme operator that assesses its members' competence and the standard of their work. Registration allows us to self-certify notifiable electrical work under the Building Regulations.
